Dance Reel India Competition
By participating in Dance Reel India, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Eligibility
- Open to all Indian residents.
- Participants of any age can participate.
- Participants below 18 years must have parent or guardian consent.
- Multiple entries are allowed; each reel will be treated as a separate entry.
2. Participation Rules
- The dance reel must be original and performed by the participant.
- No abusive, obscene, political, religious, or hateful content is allowed.
- No copyright violation related to music, choreography, or visuals.
- AI-generated or copied content is strictly prohibited.
3. Submission Process
- Reels must be submitted through the official submission process only.
- A unique participant ID may be assigned after registration.
- Incorrect, fake, or incomplete entries may be rejected.
4. Judging & Selection
- Judging will be based on performance, creativity, expressions, and engagement.
- The decision of the Dance Reel India team will be final and binding.
- No disputes or appeals will be entertained.
5. Prizes & Rewards
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Rewards may include cash prizes, trophies, certificates, or digital recognition.
- Prize structure may change at the organizer’s discretion.
6. Social Impact Clause
If a participant belongs to a tribal or very rural background and is unable to upload the reel themselves, another person may upload it on their behalf. In such cases, the prize amount will be shared 50-50 between the original performer and the uploader.
7. Content Rights
By participating, you grant Dance Reel India full rights to use, repost, promote, and display the submitted content on social media, the website, and promotional materials without any royalty or compensation claim.
8. Disqualification
- Providing false or misleading information
- Plagiarism or fake engagement
- Violation of any rules mentioned above
- Any attempt to manipulate results
9. Privacy & Data
Participant data will be used only for competition-related communication and will not be sold, shared, or misused.
10. Organizer Rights
Dance Reel India reserves the right to modify rules, cancel or postpone the competition, or disqualify any participant at any time without prior notice.

Prize Eligibility & Influencer Policy
Dance Reel India competition me har background ke dancers participate kar sakte hain. Lekin prize money aur rewards sirf un participants ke liye honge jo contest start hone se pehle kisi bhi social media platform par monetized nahi hain.
- Jo participants professional influencers hain ya jinke YouTube, Instagram, Facebook ya kisi bhi social media channel par pehle se monetization enabled hai, woh prize claim karne ke liye eligible nahi honge.
- Aise participants contest me participate kar sakte hain, unke videos platform par feature kiye ja sakte hain, lekin unhe prize money ya rewards nahi milenge.
- Agar kisi participant ke monetization status me galat jankari ya misrepresentation payi jaati hai, toh organizer bina kisi prior notice ke uska prize cancel karne ka adhikar rakhta hai.
- Contest ke dauraan ya baad me monetization enable hone par bhi prize eligibility par koi asar nahi padega; eligibility sirf contest start date ke basis par decide hogi.

Dance Reel India competition ka uddeshya naye, emerging aur grassroots dancers ko ek fair aur national-level digital platform provide karna hai. Isi objective ko dhyan me rakhte hue niche diye gaye rules lagu honge.
- Competition me koi bhi participant participate kar sakta hai, lekin prize money aur rewards sirf un participants ke liye honge jinke social media channels contest start hone se pehle monetized nahi hain.
- Jo participants professional influencers hain ya jinke YouTube, Instagram, Facebook ya kisi bhi social media platform par pehle se monetization enabled hai, woh prize claim karne ke liye eligible nahi honge.
- Agar kisi participant ka monetization artificially, temporarily, ya kisi third-party service ke madhyam se activate kiya gaya paya jata hai, toh woh prize ke liye eligible nahi hoga.
- Contest ke dauraan ya baad me monetization enable hone par prize eligibility par koi prabhav nahi padega; eligibility sirf contest start date ke monetization status ke aadhar par decide hogi.
- Prize eligibility, monetization verification aur contest se jude sabhi decisions par organizer ka decision final aur binding mana jayega.
- Is contest ka primary focus rural, underprivileged aur emerging dancers ko fair opportunity aur recognition provide karna hai.
